| Situated within 8 acres of beautiful rural land, Merricote Holiday Cottages provide a wonderful getaway retreat in Yorkshire. With plenty of opportunities to explore the lush green surrounds, the cottages are also just 3 miles from the centre of historic York and all associated attractions.

A former working farm, the property has been converted into 8 superb holiday cottages. Every cottage is individual and furnished to a very high degree, offering first class accommodation for visitors to Yorkshire.

Two of the cottages each sleep up to 8 people and one of these is a detached bungalow. Five further cottages each sleep up to 4 persons and two more offer intimate accommodations for 2 persons.

All the cottages share beautiful landscaped gardens, indoor swimming pool, barbeque area, hot tub between April and October, and utility room with automatic washing machine.

Features within each cottage are designed with comfort, style and utility in mind. All linen and hand towels are provided in addition to all kitchen utensils.

Fully fitted kitchens are equipped with microwaves and lounge spaces with TV and DVD player. Outdoor patio seating is also a feature as is on-site parking. High chairs can be provided.

Holiday cottages provide an excellent alternative to hotel and guest house accommodation.
